St. Paul CME Church held a back to school inspiration and information festival Wednesday. They offered up free supplies and prayers to help make this school year the best ever.
"This does our heart good. To make sure we can give our children food for the soul. We also put a spin on it, we paired all the children up with a minister and an educator to pray with them for this school year. We wanted them to be ready, we wanted them to have the knowledge and the prayer base to take on this new school year," said Denise Cooper, Savannah.
Classes for Savannah-Chatham County schools start on Monday.
