President Bill Clinton is slated to make his second appearance in Minnesota in less than a week with a rally tonight in St. Cloud. His return is widely attributed to a renewed Democratic interested in helping Jim Graves defeat U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann, a conservative lightning rod with a national profile. No doubt his efforts are also related to defending President Obama from what appears to be a large uptick in Romney and outside spending in the state.
Clinton is taking on a relentless campaign surrogacy schedule, more than any previous ex-president has ever taken on. He gives a good speech, so tune in here. He's slated to take the stage sometime after 7:30.
